If you're allowing individual communities to choose what kinds of messages go through for them, how is that censorship? Sounds like autonomy. Is spam filtering censorship?

@cwebber@identi.ca abuse filtering is a social good. Canada differs from the US in that hate speech is an explicit exception to Free Speech in our charter of rights and freedoms. That has had some mildly surprising consequences for guest speakers from the USA.
