That is the second most hilarious license/disclaimer I've ever seen.
This just makes me sad. Mainly because, the obvious stupidity and unenforcability of (that license)[http://public.pault.ag/idfsg-v1.txt] to all of us, is what I know those who oppose software freedom see when they read the GPL. As @Mike Linksvayer said recently, software freedom, as a movement, is still stuck in the "first they laugh at you" stage of social justice movements.
I guess it's good to laugh at ourselves too, but remember that the other side isn't laughing with us, they're laughing at us.
