@jasonriedy@fmrl.me What do you mean? Where does the gcc version factor in? Or am I misreading your point?
Upper-dated. How much would it cost to get an ASR-28 teletype unit to use with an RPi for retrocomputing?
@clacke@microca.st There's some knot tied around libstdc++6. I'm not sure why, but it's a logjam preventing the iceweasel upgrade. So I disabled pdf.js (which seems to be packaged separately, so dunno) for now.
@jasonriedy@fmrl.me Ah, ok, got the explanation here: http://wingolog.org/archives/2015/08/04/developing-v8-with-guix libstdc++ migration and all the pain that comes with it. I remember last time it happened, and the a.out -> ELF transition before that.
