While I'm busy shaking my fist at the clouds. What is the age in years of the proverbial grandma/grandpa that people are always referring to when talking about ease, or lack there of, of computer/software systems? Just curious.
On the flip side, I work at a university and have been surprised by the computer illiteracy of some of the young adults coming through.
