@freemore@identi.ca looks like Ring is now a GNU project. Have you tried it again recently? Curious if it's actually usable yet.
Not in a while.. I should take another look... but I haven't seen any updates on F-Droid for a while .. nope actually 2016/08/03 hmmmm.. Guess I'll take another look
