I actually disagree with "Freedom Is Binary" as a strict idea. I don't even think "Fair Source" is a non-starter really… My view is "Fair Source" is a form of pretty permissive shareware that is simple not Free/Libre/Open and cannot and should not be seen as an improvement or substitute for real FLO. However, Fair Source is still nicer proprietary license than many if they would just stop trying to spread their bullshit propaganda that downplays the importance of FLO.
