This clip is chilling, and it didn't get enough attention right after it happened two days ago. Reporter asks Trump about a negative finding from an HHS Inspector General. Trump responds by *repeatedly* asking for the IG's name. Clear intimidation.

I’m not sure I see it as chilling.  The reporter tried to catch POTUS off-guard, did, and he’s trying to figure out what an unknown-to-him deputy IG said.  I’ve seen that behavior throughout the executive branch even during the Obama years when I was working in the civil service.  This is the ugly part of how USA dot gov functions day to day and that frankly is pretty tame compared to what happens at the lower levels.

The report in question is found here: https://oig.hhs.gov/oei/reports/oei-06-20-00300.asp

Principal Deputy IG Christi Grimm has attracted the President's attention with her report.  This happens.  A principal deputy is usually Senior Executive Service so the worst he could do to her is reassign her somewhere like the base at McMurdo.  She can’t be fired on the spot and removal would be a lengthy process.
