Here's a great idea: dice your documentation up into tiny parts and distribute them randomly between project.org/docs, wiki.project.org, developer.project.org, github.com/project/somedaemon/blob/master/doc/, readthedocs.org/project, man somedaemon, and the Debian control file for a metapackage.

It's so obnoxious when the man page says to run the program with "-h" for help. Can't we just put that stuff in the man page? At least most of the time? :-)
