Nothing says we have to keep the web around forever.
@cwebber@identi.ca maybe it's time for a hypertext environment built on org mode and ipfs. More seriously we need a way to balance protecting user freedom & privacy with a fair to everyone funding method
maybe people need to write more browsers
(so that we don't end up with only two or three browser engines being used by 99%)
... and encourage websites to not implement things that only a couple of browsers can do.
