It's a screen cap from a BBC show "The Doctor that gave up Drugs". It appears during a segment where he is showing all the promotional stuff littered around the Doctor's office.
I'm guessing probably not... But who know's...
The post was more about my reaction when I say poor Tux being used to hock Rx's, and painted ugly (actually that colour may actually count as F'ugly) Green? Yellow? Vomit? colour.
