You use branchable.com, don't they provide code hosting? It'd make sense, considering they're git-based xD

It's worth clarifying that it's not Gitorious which is going away, it's gitorious.org, the service, which is shutting down. Since Gitorious itself is Free Software, I imagine (and hope) there will be fork/s. Maybe the news about this will cause some community to start a new service based on it. A coder can dream... =)
