Flamed on github for auto-closing pull requests (I have a bug tracker located elsewhere). So.. deleted etckeeper repository from github.

Well, I will have deleted it as soon as I can get github's flaming mass of non-free, non-network-error-robust javascript to cooperate. Despite having fuly loaded the page 3 times, the "delete" button still does nothing.
