Why I prefer #Kontalk over #Telegram (and others)? Run by #community, client+server #opensource, working towards the standard #XMPP :)

why not chat-secure from the gaurdian project and get an xmpp account?
ChatSecure doesn't work very good with the encription (unless the time I used it). Kontalk has no P2P and Telegram has more sending options and uses GPL3, is a free software client but I don't undersand the server opensource thing, what did you mean?
