It seems an emergency measureby austerity politicians. Nevertheless it's a step, a whole european state ... But the habits of non-nerds...The "reuse" part is the reason why I added "newly acquired". But in the long run the rule is meant to converge on FOSSYou just made me wonder about in-house dev,though. I'm not sure they'll have to pick a FOSS license in that case… anyone? /cc: @carlopianaA lot will depend on implementation. But even w/ loopholes, it's a good place to start from.
