Just installed Bitcoin
Installed Bitcoin Core earlier today. Synchronizing with network now; about 1 year behind. The data I've downloaded so far takes 47.7 GB.

Yeah, Sorry, That is just not going to scale. It clearly is already out of the reach of the Bandwidth constrained.
It's up to 90GB now.
