@redi44 To be fair, you mean GPU drivers. Yes, Intel's are great, while many vendors offer poor support for the GPUs they ship w/ ARM CPUs.Ladislav Ezr likes this.
Well in devices like #netbooks, #smartphones and most #notebooks #GPU and #CPU are unswappable and part of one chip.

@harishpillay thanks for the link. Didn't know the MotoACTV was an OMAP 3630 device?! that is the same !ARM CPU as in a Nokia N9, Nook, etc.Hmm. Interesting. My Nook Colour is running Cyanogen now and that'd mean that the MotoACTV technically could do the same.

It's not about simcards, it's about what frequencies will be supported. I have no idea. They differ across the globe (US / Europe etc).My point is, if Jolla wants to make preorders, they need to disclose some mininal info about the specs. Otherwise it's buying blindly.
