Que oye, esta bien que defiendan los barcos de dichas amenazas, pero no veo que pintan ellos ocupandose xD

La nueva es la de Debian, pero bueno... ambas miran hacia mi por "diseño". Estan puestas para que yo las vea majamente cuando esta cerrado, no para que las vea nadie cuando esta abierto xD

Post editing is coming to Dianara. I wonder how well will pump.io manage the redistribution of the updates to the whole federated network and such.

How would I change the author? That would be impersonating other people!! =)
I seem to remember that notes contain the author in the object itself. Of course the actor that posted the object originally you can't change.
Of course, hopefully pump.io wouldn't allow you to update other people's objects :-)

I hope Dianara users out there are not in love with the "splitters" in the timelines.
Those are the horizontal lines separating each post from the next, which allow resizing.
I'm going to try removing that and using a different way of resizing the posts in the timeline. The current splitter-based way has too many drawbacks, I think.
EDIT: It's been done, you can see it in the development version if you wish ;)

Partially done now.. kind of experimental, but I already like it a lot better \o/
I'm ok with that as long as some form of visual separation between posts exists.
Sure, it's visually mostly the same. The splitter bars were almost invisible anyway, which made it hard for people to notice that the (huge) posts could be resized.
Now that's gone, but each post still has its frame just like before.
If you wish, you can test it now from 1.0-dev ;)

I just added a "Symbols" submenu under the "Formatting" menu in Dianara.
It allows users to insert a few unicode symbols like♫ or✔.
If you use the development version of Dianara and try it, let me know if you see all 7 symbols correctly, and if there's any "semi-standard" symbol you think should be added ;)
