Alright, Chalkahlom, I guess you wrote that post on one of the non-web clients. If you log in using the log in link in the upper right corner, you can also post things through the web interface.(And here in the web interface I can also see you were using AndStatus)I still don't understand what the original question was, but I'm gonna go ahead and post this nice link here:

That sounds like a problem with your browser. Maybe Javascript blockers such as NoScript or similar.Anyway, there are Pump.io applications for the desktop, too. I recommend you take a look at those.
Also, check out the other clients for Android. From what I've seen, AndStatus support if very poor and confusing.
