I'm using Impeller, that to lacks the follow feature :-\

This is the Pump visit that clicked for me. I now better understand why people are here. When the system was so new I'm not going to lie, I hated it. There are a lot more people on here now, some kinks have been worked out, & the Firehose feed has life to it. Carry on. ;)
I suggest also joining us in the fediverse/Quitter. It's just like the old days.

You can't create a system that inter-operates with another hundred different systems. What's needed is a common protocol/spec.If you have any idea on how to make everyone agree on something, go ahead and propose it =)
As you know, there is no shortage of proposals (most of which boil down to "conform to the protocol used by <application>"). What is missing is the will to make it happen.
I agree, pump.io has a lot of potential, but still needs a bit of work until it is really useful for a majority of people.
I also like StatusNet/GNU Social and especially the community there. But it isn't a zero-sum game, you can join both... and perhaps both will be joined in the future :-)

Testing out the Droid client Puma. Happy to have mobile capability again, really the only way I ever access identica/pumpio.
Yes, the web interface is unstable. Puma is my fav android client. Impekler has good comments, but it do not load me the TL.
If you use gnu/linux, can also try pumpa or dianara, both are excellent clients also.

Hello, glad to see you mafe itbto the pumpside. Puma and impeller are both good, though I'm preferring puma at present for its multiple timelines.

Dayummmm, donating 4 trash bags of clothing & it doesn't even look like anything's missing.
I have a lot of trouble finding clothes that look good thrifting as I'm really tall and have big feet. It's a pain.
